Move Bottom Quick Settings to another device

I have bought MUIU-ify and Bottom Quick Settings on one device. Can I move Bottom Quick Settings to another device?

Vertical position for sliders with left/right usage.

Option to show sliders vertically. When I use right side, so it is more convenient to press with finger on the right side.

Let us put the brightness slider at the bottom of the quick settings panel
