I would like to be able to fix the widget used for the launcher on top of the notification

Overlapping with bottom bar in full screen

Quick bottom bar positioned at the bottom, overlaps with android recent/home/back buttons bar, when using fullscreen apps like book reader or gallery, making it almost impossible to go back in full screen situations. I didn't try with movies in vlc or other apps
