on Android 13 shortcuts to activities do not work anymore.

When I test an activity (press longer) the activity starts. Via tile (in the notifications), the activity no longer starts.

Even the notifications do not close. If I close them quickly after clicking, only a small message appears that an error has occurred.

Can you guys check it once?
